Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which services offered by E-INCORP ELITE are canceled and refunds, if any, are processed. By placing an order and making payment on our website, the client expressly agrees to this policy.
1. Acceptance of Policy
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is made available publicly on the website of E-INCORP ELITE.
Clients are required to accept and agree to this Policy by clicking on the "Accept" or "Agree" checkbox during the order/payment process. Once the order is placed, the Policy shall be deemed binding on every client and may also be shared along with the order confirmation email.
2. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
E-INCORP ELITE reserves the unconditional right to refuse or cancel service provision to any person, director, partner, or coordinator at any stage of order delivery, without assigning any reason.
Note: In case it is found that any person, director, or coordinator associated with the client is connected or associated with countries sharing land borders with India at any point of time, E-INCORP ELITE reserves the right to cancel the assignment without any further obligation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Gateway charges and applicable deductions shall be levied in such cases.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if:
- The order has been communicated to us, and
- The execution or processing of services has already begun.
- If service delivery has started, E-INCORP ELITE shall calculate the proportionate amount spent towards manpower, professional efforts, and other incurred expenses, and retain such amount.
- Any remaining balance, if applicable, shall be refunded as per this Policy.
4. Fees, Earned Amount & Non-Refundable Components
- Fees paid in advance are retained in a client account and are earned progressively as milestones are achieved (such as onboarding, documentation, filings, government submissions, etc.).
- Refunds cannot be provided for earned fees, as professional services, time, manpower, and resources once utilized are non-returnable in nature.
- No refund shall be made for:
- Government fees, statutory charges, taxes
- Payments made to third parties involved in processing the order
- Under all circumstances, E-INCORP ELITE's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client.
5. Store Credit
In certain cases, store credit (after deduction of applicable charges for services and efforts rendered) may be provided.
The decision shall be taken on a case-to-case basis by the designated Feedback Manager and communicated to the client.
6. Refunds – When Applicable
Refunds shall be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Order is canceled within 48 hours of payment and no execution has begun.
- E-INCORP ELITE is unable to render the committed scope of services.
7. Refunds – When Not Applicable
Refunds shall not be processed under the following circumstances:
- Services obtained under discounts or promotional offers
- Execution or processing of work has started
- Delays or rejections by MCA, government departments, or authorities
- Non-submission or delay in submission of documents by the client
- Failure or delay in completing digital onboarding due to client's non-cooperation
- Any component of bundled or customized service packages
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, fire, flood, etc.
- Change in business plans or discontinuation of services by the client
- Payments made directly by the client to third parties (vendors, affiliates, employees, etc.)
This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. The Feedback Manager shall evaluate each case on its merits.
8. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be initiated by emailing eincorpelite0@gmail.com.
- All refund requests must be raised within 45 days of purchase.
- Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 15–25 business days from the date of receipt of complete information, including:
- Reason for refund
- Bank details
- Supporting documents, if any

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy and any service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
